ジミー・秋山のご紹介
Meet Jimmy Akiyama
ハワイ生まれ、日本とアメリカの両方で育ったジミーは、第一言語が日本語のアメリカ一世です。英語と日本語の両方に堪能で、世界中からのお客様を温かくお迎えします。
USA柔道チームの一員としてオリンピックトレーニングセンターでの練習を目指し、コロラド州へ移住。この10年間、バックパッキングやハイキング、ロッククライミング、キャニオニアリングに加え、家族向けのリラックスできるキャンプ旅行も行ってきました。その情熱は、家族と共にこうした体験を分かち合う中でさらに深まりました。
ジミーは、大自然の美しさ、自然の静けさ、そして野生の音を人々と分かち合うことに情熱を注いでいます。ハイキングや渓谷探検、岩登り、星空の下での静かなキャンプなどを通じて、お客様が快適な枠を少し超えて、大自然をより深く体験できるようサポートします。
Born in Hawaii and raised between the U.S. and Japan, Jimmy is a first-generation American whose first language is Japanese. He is fluent in both English and Japanese, making him a welcoming guide for guests from around the world.
Jimmy moved to Colorado to pursue his judo career with USA Judo, training at the Olympic Training Center. Over the past decade, he has explored the outdoors extensively — from backpacking and hiking to rock climbing, canyoneering, and leading relaxing family camping trips. His passion only grew stronger when he began sharing these experiences with his own family.
He is dedicated to showing others the beauty of the outdoors, the peace of nature, and the unique sounds of the wilderness. Jimmy encourages guests to step just outside their comfort zones — whether on a scenic hike, navigating a canyon, climbing a rock face, or enjoying a peaceful night under the stars.
